Job Description

A well-known construction company is currently looking for a Building Contracts Manager to commence duty on site in Cape Town as soon as possible.

Candidates with a BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management coupled with at least 15 years’ experience within the construction industry will be considered for this position. Experience working on large Commercial and Retail Building Projects is essential for this position and Professional registration will be an added advantage. FIDIC and JBCC contractual knowledge is also required.
