Job Description
A leading Building & Civil Engineering Contractor in South Africa currently require an experienced Building Contracts Manager to join their team of experts on large building projects in Cape Town as soon as possible.
Minimum requirements for this position would include a National Diploma in Building Science or a BTech degree in Construction Management together 20 years' experience gained within the built environment. Applicants should have gained at least 5 years of experience in a Contracts Management position on multiple projects ranging from R50m to R200m or more. Proficiency in CCS would be an added advantage.
