Job Description
A well established Civil & Building Contractor in Gauteng currently seek an experienced Building Contracts Manager to join their team of experts in Johannesburg as soon as possible.
Minimum requirements for this position include a BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management together with at least 10 years of experience gained on large building projects. The successful incumbent will mainly be responsible for but not be limited to drawing up of construction programs, managing contract finances, compiling contractors reports and key performance measures, and relevant HR matters.
