Job Description
A well established Construction company is looking to employ a Building Contracts Manager at their office in Cape Town.
The minimum requirements include a BSc/BEng/BTech in Building Science or Construction Management. Applicants need to have at least 20 years' built environment experience whereof 5 years' should be as a Contracts Manager. Applicants should also have experience in JBCC, GCC, FIDIC contracts as well as a proven track record of previous projects. Experience in CCS will be advantageous.
